This is so beautifully crafted, I’m not going to call it a dog ramp. The thoughtfulness behind the design and intricate wood-working makes it a piece of art. I can say this because USPS damaged the first one I received (one of the parts damaged was integral in making the dog ramp stable and functional). That’s when I really started inspecting the dog ramp and really looked at the design and how ingenious it is. Every part of it makes it truly special. It will take a second for my puppies to get used to it but it’s exactly what we needed and I thank you for your amazing carpentry skills. Not everyone can do this type of work!! You’ve gone above and beyond through this entire process and it’s appreciated!!

The cat ramp is very nice. I was a little disappointed with quality of the wood staining but, overall, I am very pleased with it. USPS was slow/late in getting it here, with poor tracking. Honestly, if given the chance, I would have paid a bit more for better/faster shipping. By the way, communication with the seller was great!

I reached out to Kevin before I ordered and asked for a custom color which was no problem. Ramp was ordered then unfortunately got lost in the mail, which is no fault to the seller. Reached out to Kevin and he was very helpful. Eventually received the ramp but it had obviously been damaged during shipping. I showed the ramp to Kevin and he very graciously offered to make another ramp and send it. I got the second ramp yesterday and it is great. Looks great, made well, and my dogs have no issue using it.
