The item is a perfect fit for my 17 lb shih tzu’s needs. Its’s well-made, exactly as described. It arrived as expected and was very easy to assemble. I appreciate the structure - it’s sturdy - and design. It’s adjustable to several different heights and folds flat for convenient storage. I’m really happy with my purchase and would recommend this ramp to anyone whose dog needs extra help getting up and down off the bed.

The perfect ramp for my elderly, arthritic cat who is losing her sight. The ramp has a gentle slope she can easily navigate. The railings guide her down the ramp, so I don’t have to worry she will fall off. She took right to it! She’s a happy camper because she can easily get in my bed and take up the whole thing :)

Love the ramp - looks great and is a nice fit. My husband did have to add a landing gear, at the top end, for the pups to step up on, before entering our very high bed that your ramp was custom made for. So far, only one of our 3 Chihuahuas has attempted the ramp because of the new smell and the elevation is intimidating to them, at this time. it took a day and a night before the 4 year old tried it. I do not know if the 3 legged will ever attempt it or the 16 year old will brave it but time will tell. The 3 legged usually mimics the 4 year old - the 3 legged is only 2 years old - so perhaps he will give it a try here soon. We are very happy with the ramp and the great service. Thank you.
